We partner closely with contractors, builders, and tradespeople to provide complete design plans — for full or partial renovations, new builds, or simple decorating.
We're with you every step of the way, from the first swing of the hammer to the last accessory placed. And we know how to bring your vision to life without wasting your time, budget, or patience.
Our Process

1. In-Home Consultation
-We begin with a complimentary consultation at your home to walk through the space, take measurements, and discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline.

2. Floor Planning
- We map out detailed 3D floor plans with a few layout options, so you can see what actually works before anything is set in stone.
- We work directly with your contractor or builder to make sure every plan is realistic and on budget.

3. Selection and Design
- This is where it gets fun. We hit the showrooms together to pick materials, finishes, and furniture that actually fit how you live — not just what's trending.
- Then we bring it to life with hyper-realistic renderings, so you can see your space finished before construction even starts.
- We'll also bring physical samples by, so you can touch and feel everything in person.

- With detailed spec sheets and CAD drawings in hand, your contractor gets accurate pricing and a clear timeline.
- We stay involved start to finish, making sure what gets built is exactly what we designed — true to your vision, no surprises.
